Pilot Generative AI Ltd. was founded in 2023 by Peter Chatwell, after 25 years at the forefront of macroeconomic research and trading. Leaving the City behind, Peter set out with a clear mission: to harness artificial intelligence for society’s benefit. His vision was never about chasing artificial general intelligence, but about building deep-thinking AI systems that are privacy-first, accurate, and safe. By blending advanced neural networks with rules- and theory-based approaches, we create self-learning models that remain explainable and accountable—giving organisations tools they can trust to enhance resilience, performance, and fairness.
