Education
Through EddyAI MIND, we support schools and colleges with a digital companion for safeguarding, SEND, and wellbeing. Staff often face overwhelming demands: spotting concerns early, managing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and keeping clear, inspection-ready records. EddyAI MIND brings structure and consistency — guiding staff through proportionate responses, tracking interventions, and collating insights so no learner slips through the cracks. By making safeguarding and SEND processes explainable and transparent, we give educators more confidence, more time for teaching, and better outcomes for students.
Employment
With EddyAI FLOW, we help people overcome barriers to work and build lasting careers. Employment advisors and job coaches often juggle heavy caseloads, with limited time to give personalised support. FLOW lightens that load — providing guided coaching prompts, wellbeing check-ins, and progress tracking that adapts to each individual. It keeps both advisor and learner focused on clear next steps, while generating insights for managers and commissioners. By combining explainability with empathy, EddyAI FLOW turns employability support into a more transparent, consistent, and human-centred journey.
Justice
Our work in justice is driven by a simple belief: rehabilitation should be supported, not obstructed. With Pilot 4 Justice, we are building explainable AI tools that guide individuals, employers, and professionals through the complexities of criminal record disclosure, travel restrictions, and access to opportunities. The system breaks down legal rules into clear, personalised advice, while keeping decisions transparent and auditable. By making disclosure simpler and fairer, we help people move forward with confidence — reducing barriers, lowering reoffending risks, and creating safer, stronger communities.
Finance
In finance, we apply our explainable AI to deliver transparent analysis of financial conditions and markets. Our models combine neural networks with economic theory to provide insights that are not only accurate but fully auditable — giving analysts, advisors, and institutions the clarity to make confident, informed decisions.
Defence
In defence, the stakes are measured in lives and national security. Pilot applies its expertise in explainable AI to mission-critical environments, where trust, clarity, and accountability cannot be compromised. Our systems are designed to support human decision-makers — from intelligence analysis to logistics and operational planning — by providing transparent reasoning behind every recommendation. Unlike black-box AI, Pilot ensures that professionals retain full control, backed by tools that are auditable, ethical, and aligned with international defence standards.
Health
Our work in health is driven by a simple belief: care should be enhanced, not complicated. We are developing explainable AI tools that support patients, clinicians, and health providers in navigating complex decisions — from treatment planning to resource allocation and wellbeing monitoring. The system translates medical data into clear, actionable insights, while keeping every recommendation transparent, auditable, and ethical.
